Hi - I'm Denise, I help people declutter their minds through Art Therapy and creative expression. I’m the creator of Paint and Pause (Skool), where art meets reflection and mindful growth. I support the body through functional wellness, nutrition, and supplements with Arbonne, while nourishing the soul through natural therapies including Reiki and counselling. 

As a teacher and creative workshop facilitator, I guide individuals toward balance, clarity, and holistic well-being in an inclusive environment.  Proud Dyslexic, having acquired dyslexia from brain trauma.

I’m Claire McDonald, a children’s author and creator of the Tilda Jones picture book series, written to help children explore big feelings with kindness, confidence, and empathy.

After stepping away from my career due to chronic illness, I found a new way to connect and contribute through writing. Inspired by my own experiences of feeling overlooked, and by my children, I began creating stories for children who experience the world a little differently.

The Tilda Jones books celebrate quiet strength, inclusion, and emotional awareness. Written for children aged 4–7, they gently reassure sensitive children that their way of being is something to value, while helping all children navigate their emotions.

Hi there! I'm Amanda, a wellbeing & creativity coach who runs The Butterfly Room. The Butterfly Room is a creative wellbeing space in Paisley set up as a result of my own health journey living with fibromyalgia. During that journey I was supported to learn & develop a range of self management tools & whilst learning them I also learned that not everyone had the opportunity or financial capability to access them so I set about studying & creating ways to make that happen.
