3. Membership
- Ablepreneurs™ membership is open to disabled and/or chronically ill freelancers who meet our joining requirements.
- Membership fees are as stated on our website and are payable in advance.
- We may suspend or terminate membership if these Terms are breached or if behaviour is inappropriate, discriminatory, or damaging to the community.

5. Business Responsibilities
If you are a business using Ablepreneurs™:
- You are responsible for agreeing terms, payment rates, and deadlines directly with the Ablepreneur.
- You must comply with UK law in your dealings with freelancers.
- You should ensure the Ablepreneur has the required insurance or compliance for the work.
6. Ablepreneur Responsibilities
If you are an Ablepreneur:
- You are responsible for delivering the agreed work to the business.
- You must have any necessary insurance (e.g., professional indemnity, public liability) and be registered with the ICO if handling personal data.
- You are responsible for your own tax, National Insurance, and compliance obligations.
7. Payments
- Ablepreneurs™ does not handle payments between businesses and freelancers.
- All fees for work are agreed and paid directly between the parties.
- Membership fees for Ablepreneurs are non-refundable except where required by law.
8. Limitation of Liability
- We make no guarantees as to the suitability, skills, or performance of any Ablepreneur or business.
- We are not liable for any loss, damage, or disputes arising from work carried out or introductions made through our platform.
- Our liability to you is limited to the amount you have paid us in membership fees in the 12 months prior to any claim.
9. Intellectual Property
- All content on the Ablepreneurs™ website is owned by us or our licensors and may not be copied, reproduced, or distributed without permission.
- Content you submit remains yours, but you grant us a licence to display it for the purposes of running the platform.
10. Termination
We may terminate or suspend your access to Ablepreneurs™ if you breach these Terms, misuse the platform, or behave in a way that harms other members or our reputation.
11. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. The latest version will be posted on our website with a new “Last updated” date.
